Mark P. Francischetti has over 30 Years of executive leadership and management experience in a broad range of organizations and environments including start-up, turnaround, SMB, and Fortune 500 operations. Mark has repeated success in driving $50 million-plus revenue gains, capturing long-term client relationships, leading teams of up to 1,200 members in exceeding goals, and driving business expansion in multiple global markets.
Mark joins CxO To Go with expertise in IT sales, operations, marketing, Professional Services, and international leadership at companies including Texas Instruments NCR, IHS Engineering, Digital Island, CDI Information Technology Services, and Teradata.
As Chief Operating Officer at Orb Consulting Group, he oversees all day-to-day operations for this enterprise management and IT consulting firm. Orb delivers high-level consulting and interim management services to a myriad of customers with focus in Sales, Marketing, Operations, International (especially Asia Pacific), and turn-around scenarios.
Francischetti has personally led successful growth/turn-around efforts at multiple $100+ million divisions and is a recognized strategic thinker and tactical operations expert. Mark is not only a strong strategic thinker but routinely rolls up his sleeves and operationally implements the strategic vision to exceed operational goals. Mark talks the talk AND walks the talk.
He is a results-proven executive with prior history of conceptualizing and implementing innovative, sound strategies that facilitated breakthrough business growth, achieving success in robust and downturn markets. After completing High School at the American School in Japan in Tokyo, Mark received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Juniata College and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certification in Corporate Law from Texas State University.
On a personal level, Mark is an avid golfer, wine collector, scuba diver, and holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.
