  • Managing Director for Republic Financial Corporation a private equity/investment banking firm where he was responsible for the acquisition, divestiture, and the financial/operational turnaround of distressed portfolio companies.
  • Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Engineering Division of IHS, Inc. a $250 million publically traded software technology company.
  • Vernon Plastics, a Blackstone Group portfolio company with $50 million in revenue, where he successfully turned the company around as the CEO. 
  • Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Imperial Wallcoverings (a Blackstone Group/Wasserstein Perella portfolio company) with $400 million in revenue where he led a $50 million reinvestment plan and successfully acquired the Decorative Products Group from Borden Inc.   Keith was recruited to Blackstone Group by David Stockman, the former Director of the OMB in President Regan’s Cabinet after a nine month retained search.
